The Government has introduced new legislation as part of the EU Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (England and Wales) Regulations 2007. Any non-domestic building over 50sqm, on the market before 1st October 2008 and remaining on the market will now need a Commercial Energy Performance Certificate.
